Description
The Druck UPS4E is a rugged, compact handheld electrical loop calibrator designed for testing, calibrating and troubleshooting 4–20 mA process control loops. As the successor to the popular UPS-II and UPS-III series, it combines high accuracy, intuitive operation and advanced loop calibration functions in a lightweight instrument that can be comfortably operated with one hand.
The UPS4E measures, sources and simulates 0–24 mA signals while providing an integrated 24 V loop power supply for transmitter testing. It features dual mA and percentage display, automatic step and ramp outputs, valve check, span check, continuity testing and 30 V DC voltage measurement. An integrated 250 Ω HART® resistor allows convenient connection to HART-compatible transmitters without external resistors.
Designed for industrial field maintenance, the UPS4E also includes onboard data logging for up to 100,000 readings, USB-C connectivity, long battery life and an easy-to-read backlit display. It is ideal for technicians working in process industries including oil & gas, chemical, power generation, water treatment and manufacturing.
