Description
The Druck DPI611 is a compact, fully self-contained handheld pressure calibrator designed for the maintenance, testing and calibration of pressure instruments. It combines pressure generation, precision pressure measurement, electrical signal measurement and loop power in one portable instrument.
The built-in pneumatic hand pump generates pressure from 95% vacuum up to 20 bar (300 psi), reaching full pressure in less than 30 seconds. Precision pressure adjustment and controlled release allow accurate calibration of pressure transmitters, gauges, switches and other process instruments.
The DPI611 features an intuitive touchscreen interface with an application dashboard, quick task selection and favorite task storage. Advanced documenting capabilities include automated calibration procedures, PASS/FAIL error analysis, multi-channel data logging and connectivity with calibration management software.
Compact and lightweight, the DPI611 is designed for everyday field and workshop calibration applications, offering fast pressure generation, high measurement accuracy and simplified operation in a single handheld device.
