Description
The Druck DPI610E-HC is a handheld hydraulic pressure calibrator designed for high-accuracy pressure calibration in safe-area industrial environments. As the latest generation of the renowned DPI600 Series, it combines hydraulic pressure generation, precision pressure measurement, electrical measurement and sourcing, HART® communication, loop power and advanced data logging into a single rugged portable instrument. It is ideal for calibrating pressure transmitters, gauges, switches and process instruments in field and laboratory applications.
The DPI610E-HC features an integrated hydraulic pump capable of generating pressures from 70 bar to 1000 bar (1,000 to 15,000 psi), depending on the selected model. Druck’s advanced pressure sensor technology delivers total one-year uncertainty down to ±0.025% FS, while the intuitive touchscreen and keypad interface simplify calibration procedures. Built-in HART® communication, electrical measurement/source functions, loop power and calibration record management eliminate the need for multiple test instruments.
Designed for demanding field use, the DPI610E-HC includes quick-fit pressure adapters to minimize leaks, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended operation, USB connectivity and optional Bluetooth® (country dependent). It also supports optional PM700E remote pressure sensors and RTD interface modules, providing a comprehensive pressure calibration solution.

The standard package includes the hydraulic pressure calibrator, rechargeable battery, charger, carry strap, test leads, G1/8 and 1/8 NPT pressure adapters, 100 ml hydraulic reservoir, factory calibration certificate and quick start guide. Bluetooth®, remote sensors, RTD interface modules and additional pressure accessories are available as optional items.
