Description
The Druck DPI104-IS is an intrinsically safe digital test gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in hazardous (Ex) environments. It combines advanced microprocessor-controlled electronics with proven silicon sensor technology to provide high accuracy, excellent reliability and easy operation in a compact, rugged instrument. Certified for use in ATEX and IECEx hazardous areas, it is ideal for pressure testing, calibration, maintenance and process monitoring in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and industrial applications.
The DPI104-IS offers 0.05% full-scale accuracy, pressure ranges up to 1400 bar (20,000 psi) and eleven selectable pressure units. It features a large five-digit display with an analog bar graph, minimum/maximum pressure recording, tare function, pressure switch testing, programmable alarm output and optional 0–5 V analog output. Its rotating display and pressure connection allow optimum viewing from virtually any installation angle.
Designed for demanding field environments, the gauge is powered by a long-life 9 V battery and is available with stainless steel or Inconel pressure cavities for compatibility with a wide range of pressure media. It can be used as a standalone digital pressure gauge or as part of Druck pressure test kits with PV210 or PV211 hand pumps.
