Description
The Druck PV621 is a portable pneumatic pressure generating base station designed for fast, accurate and efficient pressure generation for calibration, testing and maintenance applications. As part of the Druck Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System, it can be used as a standalone pressure generator or combined with the DPI620G multifunction calibrator and PM620 series pressure modules to create a complete pressure calibration system. It replaces conventional hand pumps by providing faster pressure generation with significantly less operator effort.
The PV621 generates pressures from 95% vacuum to 20 bar (300 psi) using a conventional hand pump, integrated volume adjuster and pressure/vacuum selector valve. Its innovative design requires approximately half the pumping effort of traditional hand pumps while providing precise fine pressure adjustment and stable pressure generation for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, switches and sensors. It can also be used as a bench-top pressure comparator.
Designed for field and laboratory use, the PV621 features tool-free quick-fit pressure connections, interchangeable pressure adapters and a rugged portable construction. A hazardous-area PV621-IS version is also available for intrinsically safe applications.
