Description
The Druck PV622 is a portable pneumatic pressure generating base station designed to provide fast, accurate and efficient pressure generation for calibration, testing and maintenance applications. As part of the Druck Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System, it can operate as a standalone pressure generator or be combined with the DPI620G multifunction calibrator and PM620 series pressure modules to create a fully integrated pressure calibration system.
The PV622 generates pressures from 95% vacuum to 100 bar (1500 psi) using an innovative dual-stage design that combines a manual hand pump with a precision screw press for effortless high-pressure generation and fine pressure control. It provides significantly greater efficiency than conventional hand pumps while eliminating the need for gas bottles in many field calibration applications.
Designed for both field and bench-top use, the PV622 features a tool-free quick-fit pressure connection system, interchangeable pressure adapters and compatibility with comparator accessories. A hazardous-area (PV622-IS) version is also available for intrinsically safe applications.
