Description
The Druck PV623 is a portable hydraulic pressure generating base station designed for high-pressure calibration, testing and maintenance applications. As part of the Druck Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System, it can be used as a standalone hydraulic pressure generator or combined with the DPI620G multifunction calibrator and PM620 series pressure modules to create a fully integrated hydraulic pressure calibration system. It provides rapid, stable and precise pressure generation without the need for conventional hydraulic hand pumps or complex priming procedures.
The PV623 generates hydraulic pressure from 0 to 1000 bar (15,000 psi) using an innovative dual-stage design with a hand pump and precision screw press. This design enables fast pressure generation, fine pressure adjustment and stable pressure within one minute, making it ideal for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, switches and pressure sensors. The station can also be used as a bench-top hydraulic comparator for calibration work.
Designed for field and laboratory use, the PV623 features tool-free quick-fit pressure connections, compatibility with demineralized water or low-viscosity mineral oil, and a rugged portable construction. An intrinsically safe PV623-IS version is available for hazardous-area applications.
