Description
The Druck PV624 is a portable hybrid pressure control station that combines manual pressure generation with fully automatic pressure generation and control in a single compact unit. Designed as part of the Druck Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System, it enables fast, precise and stable pressure control for field and laboratory calibration applications.
Using intelligent hybrid control technology, the PV624 automatically switches between manual pumping for rapid pressure changes and automatic electronic pressure control to quickly achieve and accurately maintain the required pressure set point. It supports pressure generation from -0.9 barg (-13 psig) to 20 barg (300 psig) and is capable of controlling large test volumes while maintaining long battery life.
The PV624 integrates seamlessly with the Druck DPI620G multifunction calibrator and interchangeable PM620/PM620T pressure modules to create a fully portable automatic pressure calibration system. It features tool-free quick-fit pressure connections, an internal barometer for pseudo pressure measurements, rechargeable battery operation and optional Bluetooth® connectivity for wireless communication with compatible DPI620G calibrators.
