Description
The Druck DPI610E-SPC is an intrinsically safe handheld pneumatic pressure calibrator designed for pressure calibration and maintenance in hazardous areas. As part of the sixth-generation DPI610E family, it combines pneumatic pressure generation, precision pressure measurement, electrical measurement and sourcing, HART® communication, loop power and advanced data logging into a single portable instrument. It is certified for use in hazardous (Ex) environments, making it ideal for oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing and other industrial field applications.
The DPI610E-SPC features an integrated pneumatic pump capable of generating pressures from vacuum to 35 bar (500 psi / 3.5 MPa) depending on the selected pressure range model. Advanced digital pressure sensing technology provides total one-year uncertainty down to ±0.025% FS, while the built-in barometer enables accurate pseudo-absolute pressure measurements. Its touchscreen interface with physical keypad simplifies calibration tasks, while integrated calibration records and due-date reminders improve asset management.
The calibrator also includes built-in HART® communication, electrical measurement and source functions, 24 V loop power, USB connectivity and optional Bluetooth® (country dependent). Quick-fit pressure adapters and an integrated dirt/moisture trap help minimize contamination and leakage during field calibration.
