Description

The Druck DPI104 is a microprocessor-controlled digital test gauge designed for precision pressure measurement, calibration and process monitoring in industrial and laboratory environments. Combining advanced silicon sensor technology with a rugged, compact design, it delivers high accuracy, excellent reliability and ease of use for pressure testing applications. The DPI104 is available as a standalone digital pressure gauge or as part of a pressure test kit with Druck hand pumps.

The gauge provides ±0.05% full-scale accuracy, pressure ranges up to 1400 bar (20,000 psi) and 11 selectable pressure units. A large five-digit LCD display with an analog bar graph allows quick pressure readings, while functions such as minimum/maximum recording, tare, alarm and pressure switch testing enhance its versatility. Optional 0–5 V analog output, RS232 communication, and IDOS compatibility further extend its capabilities for calibration and monitoring applications.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the DPI104 features a temperature-compensated sensor, stainless steel or Inconel pressure cavities for compatibility with aggressive media, and a rotating display for easy viewing from different installation angles. It is ideal for process monitoring, calibration laboratories, maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure testing.
