Description

The Druck DPI610E-SHC is an intrinsically safe (IS) handheld hydraulic pressure calibrator designed for high-pressure calibration in hazardous areas. As part of the sixth-generation DPI610E family, it combines hydraulic pressure generation, precision pressure measurement, electrical measurement and sourcing, HART® communication, and data logging into a single portable instrument for field calibration of pressure transmitters, gauges, switches and process instruments. It is certified for use in hazardous (Ex) environments while delivering the same advanced functionality as the standard hydraulic model.

The DPI610E-SHC features an integrated hydraulic pump capable of generating pressures from 70 bar to 1000 bar (1,000 to 15,000 psi) depending on the selected model. Advanced pressure sensor technology provides total one-year uncertainty down to ±0.025% FS, while the intuitive touchscreen and keypad interface simplify calibration procedures. Built-in HART communication, calibration records, data logging and loop power eliminate the need for multiple instruments during field maintenance.

Designed specifically for demanding industrial environments, the DPI610E-SHC includes quick-fit pressure adapters to minimize leaks, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for extended operation and optional Bluetooth® connectivity (country dependent). It is suitable for oil & gas, petrochemical, offshore, chemical processing and other hazardous-area calibration applications.

The standard package includes the hydraulic intrinsically safe calibrator, lithium-ion battery, charger, carry strap, test leads, G1/8 and 1/8 NPT adapters, 100 ml hydraulic reservoir, factory calibration certificate and quick start guide. Optional accessories are available separately depending on the selected configuration.
