Description
The Druck ADTS 542F is a compact, lightweight and cost-effective wireless Pitot Static Tester designed for aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, leak testing and air data system validation on light aircraft. It is ideal for helicopters, propeller-driven aircraft and other aircraft with low pitot-static volume requirements.
The ADTS 542F incorporates Druck’s high-accuracy TERPS® pressure sensor technology and proportional pressure control to deliver precise simulation of altitude and airspeed. The RVSM-compliant (FL550 version) model provides the accuracy required for Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum validation, while a lower-cost FL280 version is available for non-RVSM applications.
Supplied with the ADTS Touch wireless hand terminal, the system allows technicians to control testing directly from the cockpit via Bluetooth® wireless communication or a wired connection. The intuitive touchscreen interface, automated test functions and integrated pressure generation simplify aircraft pitot-static testing while reducing setup time.
The ADTS 542F also supports optional Engine Pressure Ratio (EPR) testing and integrates with the Viavi AVX-10K Flightline Test Set for combined pitot-static and Mode S/Mode C testing, making it an efficient solution for general aviation and light aircraft maintenance
