Description
The Druck DPI610E-Aero is a compact, portable aircraft leak tester designed for precision leak testing and calibration of aircraft pitot-static systems. It is ideal for post-maintenance verification following air data computer (ADC) replacement, pitot-static repairs, and routine aircraft maintenance.
Configured as a single-channel instrument, the DPI610E-Aero can be used for either altitude or airspeed testing. It features an integrated pneumatic pressure/vacuum pump, fine pressure adjustment and controlled venting, providing a completely self-contained solution for aircraft leak testing without the need for external pressure sources.
The instrument incorporates Druck’s latest TERPS® pressure sensing technology for high accuracy and long-term stability. It also includes leak testing, switch testing, altitude and airspeed display, electrical measurement and source functions, and USB data logging. A built-in rate-of-climb limitation protects sensitive aircraft instruments during testing, making the DPI610E-Aero an ideal solution for commercial aviation, military aircraft, helicopters, drones and eVTOL maintenance.
