Description
The Druck ADTS 405 MkII is a high-accuracy, twin-channel Pitot Static Tester and Air Data Test System designed for precision calibration, verification and functional testing of aircraft pitot and static systems. It independently measures and controls static (Ps) and pitot (Pt) pressure channels, making it suitable for testing critical flight instrumentation on both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
The system enables accurate testing of altimeters, airspeed indicators, rate-of-climb indicators, Mach meters, air data computers and other aircraft air data instruments. Its high-accuracy TERPS sensor technology supports the testing of RVSM aircraft and provides reliable performance for demanding civil and military aviation applications.
The ADTS 405 MkII supports measurement and control of altitude, airspeed, static pressure, pitot pressure, Mach, rate of climb and Engine Pressure Ratio (EPR). Programmable aircraft limits and built-in protection functions help prevent excessive pressure, airspeed, Mach or rate conditions from damaging the aircraft instruments under test.
Available in rack-mounted and transportable flightline configurations, the ADTS 405 MkII can be operated from its local keypad and display or through a remote hand terminal. The flightline version includes integral pressure and vacuum supplies for self-contained aircraft testing, while the rack-mounted version is designed for laboratory, workshop and automated test equipment applications.
