Description
The Druck Genii DPI620G-IS-FF is an intrinsically safe advanced modular multifunction calibrator designed for calibration, testing, configuration and diagnostics of process instrumentation in hazardous areas. Combining high-accuracy electrical, frequency and temperature calibration with full HART and Foundation Fieldbus communication, it provides a powerful all-in-one solution for field technicians, calibration engineers and process maintenance professionals.
The DPI620G-IS-FF supports simultaneous measurement and source functions for a wide range of process devices, including transmitters, transducers, gauges, indicators, switches, proximity detectors, counters, RTDs, thermocouples and valve positioners. Its high-resolution 4.3-inch color touchscreen provides intuitive gesture-based navigation and quick access to Calibrator, HART and Foundation Fieldbus applications.
Designed as part of the Druck Genii Advanced Modular Calibration System, the instrument can be expanded with compatible intrinsically safe MC620-IS pressure module carriers, PM620-IS pressure modules and PV62X-IS pressure-generating stations for integrated pressure measurement and generation. The rugged, portable design is ATEX, IECEx and ETL approved for use in specified hazardous locations.
Advanced documenting and data-logging capabilities allow calibration procedures to be created, stored and executed in the field. The instrument can record multiple channels, calculate input/output errors and save calibration results for traceability and transfer to a PC.
